 Yesterday Dr. Bashir Ahmed SDM Sumbal inaugurated 2 days of District Pencak silat Championship Bandipora 2021.

Organized by District Pencak silat Association Bandipora 

Sponsored by J&K Sports council at Indoor Stadium Shadipora Bandipora. 

 while Sho Sumbal Mir Saleem & Cap Abhishek was the guest of honors around 160 boys and girls of all age categories of district Bandipora came from various clubs for participating in the said event.

SDM Sumbal Siad it's a Great Opportunity for the youth of Sonawari for participating in these indoor events here. He added also that the administration is always ready for conducting such activities in our District. He wished and offer to the organizer any kind of support to conduct sports activities in Sumbal Sonawari. He said that Silat Martial arts is grooming in our UT J&K and we must take part in this beautiful and energetic sports.

 Humaira Reyaz Of Hall Mark International School (HMIS) got Gold Medal and Ayesha Hanief of ASA Chanpal got Silver Medal.

Sub-Junior Girls -24Kg Mehreen Mehraj of (ASA HQ'S) got Gold Medal and Mehru-Nisa of (HMIS) got Silver and Tajala Tanveer of (HMIS) got Bronze.

Sub-Junior Girls -32Kg

Noor-ul-Ain of ASA Sumbal got Gold Medal, Soliya Yaseen of HQ's got Silver and Rutba Noor won Bronze.

Sub-Junior Girls-40KG

Bisma Shabir of ASA Chanpal Won Gold Medal, Shazia Nazir of (HS Chanpal) got Silver and Muneeza Sadeeq of (HS Chanpal) won Bronze.

Sub-Junior Boys -40KG

Shahid Manzoor of (HS Asham) won Gold Medal, Mudabir Ahmad of (ASA HQ'S) got Silver Medal and Yahiya Nazir of (ASA Sumbal) got Bronze.

Sub-Junior Girls -44Kg

Fiza Farooq of ASA Ajas Won the Gold Medal, Saima Shabir of ASA Sumlar got Silver and Shariba Zahoor of ASA Sumbal won the Bronze.

Junior Boys Category (50-55Kg)

Mohsin Mushtaq of ASA Aragam won Gold Medal, Faizan Rashid of ASA Sumbal got Silver and Mumtaz Javid got Bronze.
